This might be my favourite ever Airbnb. My mother and I had the most wonderful stay aboard Willow... from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have felt more welcome and taken care of. We arrived in the dark to find Diane and Tim waiting with torches and hazard lights shining so we didn’t miss the gate. They wheelbarrowed our cases down to the boat, which they’d decorated with lit pumpkins for Halloween and had gotten a roaring fire going for us. They’d even stocked up some bread, cheese and pate in case we were hungry and a bottle of Prosecco because they knew it was my birthday. After a quick run through of everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay, we were left to our own devices. The boat is gorgeous, clean and huge... but still completely warm and cozy and full of all the mod cons you’d have in a flat or hotel. The shower has a great pressure and there is plenty of hot water. Towels and sheets are spotless and super soft. Printed instructions for everything you need to know about the boat are provided, along with loads of helpful local tips. We went for a lovely walk along the river and had a tasty lunch at The Bell just up the road. Will definitely be back - didn’t want to leave!
